Oooh, I am so glad you did finish this, because it's awesome. The TARDIS POV is just beautiful. (And how much do I love the idea that she keeps redundant systems around just for the Doctor to tinker with? I believe that instantly.) And Steel is just so very Steel. Lovable grumpypants that he is. :) Excellently done.

Aw, thank you! :-) I should think having redundant systems for the Doctor to tinker with is a necessary survival strategy for the TARDIS, really. And, lol, I am now imagining Steel's glare at being called a lovable grumpypants. Sapphire would be v amused, though.

I have some time off work coming my way. I've been binge-rewatching the Eleventh Doctor's stories. Perhaps S&S can come next. It would be nice to stop procrastinating on watching it, considering how many years I've been intending to see it eventually...
