I should say since I moaned enough about it, that I have now found an online source for OUaT S3 (might even be legal - looks as if it is), hence me being quiet of late, because my pc time has been eaten up by watching it, and in between trying to sort out recs because it's my stint on calufrax at the moment

Me, too. I mean, I wanted more show and before Jan 2015, but also it's the one current TV series I seem to be really fannish about at the moment and while being home and bored, that's just a good thing to have. I'm loving it, anyway! Watching via the pc isn't the greatest thing, but at least Once is something I find relatively easy to watch. :-)

Have you read any Diane Wynne Jones? I'm thinking especially of Dark Lord of Derkholm http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_Lord_of_Derkholm

Oh, I am a big fan of Diana Wynne Jones & I have read Dark Lord of Derkholm. (I'm not sure he counts as a proper Dark Lord in the circumstances, though.)
