36 Winter/Festive/Yuletide Icons from Scrooge

Dec 05, 2011 13:36

I thought I'd have a go at using my screencaps from Scrooge (1970) to make some generic Winter/Christmas icons, and also some Yuletide ones. They vary, and are mostly basic, but I think some ended up quite pretty. The credits had some nice illustrations by Ronald Searle.

A version of 'A Christmas Carol' that I haven't seen yet? Unpossible!

The icons are gorgeous, meanwhile.

David Collings! Yay! These are lovely, snaffling several. Will most certainly credit.

You say "David Collings! Yay!" and I like you a lot already. (Given that I had to make it a rule that I couldn't make them all of David Collings and/or his many red-headed Cratchit children, and also to make at least one of each of the more famous people in it... It was a very good hair day. I have caps to prove it here).

Anyway, thank you. :-)
