I'll admit, I was slightly hoping you'd manage to work the pub banter into Nyssa's piece, but it was lovely none the less. I like the ending line; they would make such a good friendship.

Well, thank you, and also:

a) the story was written a week before the snippet and:

b) the snippet was Damon non-AU asking where he went wrong and Andred went right. Obviously, in the AU where he got Nyssa this question no longer applied.

But yes, the ending was one of those things that was both obvious and a surprise when I was writing. :-)
