Yes, Carry On Nurse. It was only the second, and is kind of slow compared to even the other b&w, but the daffodil gag at the end was the most risque thing mainstream British cinema had seen at the time & so there came a series. :-) (This is the only moment with Kenneth and his son, though. I just thought when I saw it that it had to be his actual son, and it was.)
