He shivered suddenly at her hand and he realised the state of undress they were in, "We should try and get some clothes."

Sighing she walked to the door, the air cold against her skin.

Seeing the hair on her skin shift he frowned and moved towards her, running his hand down her arms. "Trinity, things seem clearer, visually. I could see the hairs on your body stand up from where I was,' he ran his hand down her arm, did you notice when I first saw you how things seemed to slow." Or was that just him.

She shivered to his touch as he ran his hands down her arms, not because it made her cold but because it was like a shot of warmth coursing through her. She considered what he was saying. "Clearer? Maybe you have changed Neo. Maybe something's changed."
Any number of things could be different about him after fighting Smith.
