I would, but I dunno if the house is tellin' me ta go, stop, or be careful either way. And ya always have ta obey traffic laws.

Yes laws are meant to be obeyed. But I don't think the house knows that. For some reason I tend to think of houses as lawless things. They sit around and fake stability and then one day poof! They change on you! What next? A house falling on someone?
