So I have been on Amazon today looking for Emperor Mage and Realms of the Gods. I found quite a lot of different covers but I wanted the nice and pretty new style of cover but when I looked at the price it said £17.99! Something is seriously strange with Amazon....

Can't help you with finding the books as I can't find them either.... :(

I can find them used... but according to my Ma you never get them if you're buying from someone through Amazon. Which is fair enough.

I'm just going to have to go to a huge WHSmiths... cos the one in Telford has a few... which I already own. *grr*

normally if I want a book that is out of stock or no longer being published then I go the local used book store. Normally if they don't have it, then they normally have connections to be able to get good copies from others. hope you have it ;D

I've looked in a few charity shops.. but the books aren't too well known in my area and people look at me blankly when I ask if they have anything by Tamora Pierce!

I will keep trying until my shelf is full of the books! :P

I'm really quite surprised that you can't get them. i mean here in australia i can walk down to my local bookstore and buy any one of TP's books, the covers keep changing, but i can still get them.... i wonder why you can't. tis really odd for me. This has truly got me stumped

She's not at all famous in England. No one has heard of her. Seriously the blank looks I get! I had to spell out her name to someone who worked at Waterstones when I asked if they had any!

Oh i just had a thought...have you been on the American amazon.... i know it is in dollars not pounds, but a currency converter can fix that. but i'm sure they have every Tamora Pierce book written... if you can't think of anything else maybe you can try that. unless you already have... if so you can forget this. haha

Didn't know you could get English and American Amazons! :P I might give it a go. But not now, lol, wee bit zonked and my Ma's asleep! Need her by my side when I'm online shopping for books, cos I'm a spanner :P
