I have to endure the burden that is that Bloody To Kill A Mockingbird book

I'm amazed that the National Curriculum is still touting this book as an exam set text! My older sister did this for O'level English Lit waaaaaaaaaay back in the Seventies. When I did my exams a few years later I think we were the lucky ones cos it wasn't a set book that year!

The 70s?!?! omn.... No wonder I don't get along with the book! I know it's been around for ages, but I didn't know it was studied then!! No wonder our copies were so decrepid...
YOu are very lucky not being set a book... they are a pain in the butt in exams!

Well, we were set not just the one book to study, but four novels and four plays. Eee! They worked us hard in those days! ;-D

Four novels and four plays?!?! EVIL! With a capital EVIL!!
I thought it was bad enough studying the Crucible on its own! No actually I liked that one, Tess of the d'Urbervilles... now I hated that book! With a passion!
