Whoa. That was scary and dark and all other kinds of adjectives that I simply can't come up with right now because wow. Vortex employs psychological torture with an expert touch. He's not just raped his prisoner but forced (?) him to enjoy it, leaving a taint of guilt no medic can cure. And what's the grander Decepticon scheme here, anyway? What is Soundwave doing? (I shivered with delight at his appearance in the story.) Hurry up, Protectobots, or you won't have a teammate left by the time you get here!

Aw, Aid. Poor Aid. Well, we're back to where this all started, but it is not a good place. Not a good place at all.

What exactly has Soundwave taken from First Aid at this point? He violated all privacy and personal control, from the sound of it, but what does that leave him? Was that what Megatron approved of? Is he here as a medic? It doesn't sound like they wanted his mind compromised, so its not like they're forcing a change of factions. Not with Vortex returning his paint job and insignia (also really creepy, fyi. Vortex groping at him just so casually, like its nothing, is beyond the pale. I don't know if he's even distinguishing between drugged-up Aid who couldn't do anything but succomb, and non-drugged Aid)

Yep, totally not a good place. As for what Soundwave has taken, privacy and personal control certainly, but the rest will become clear in the next section :D

As for the paintjob thing, I'm really glad it came across as creepily as it did, as that was certainly meant to.

*SHUDDERS SO MUCH* ... *enjoys every moment of it* God, I love how much this story creeps me out. It's dark in all the right, most compelling ways. *purrs*

My favorite thing right now (aside from you giving Soundwave succinct but complete sentences *swoon*) is the return to the beginning and how everything that seemed trivial or puzzling before is so much more dark and heavy. As disturbing as it is, I love how casually familiar Vortex is with First Aid. Even more than before. Vortex doesn't care if First Aid's "consent" was impaired, so him talking about FA's overloads is somehow even more fucked up than if he'd outright raped him. Ffffff, not to mention talking about looking nice and polished for Soundwave... D:

I wish I could say more, because omg I love this series (and I hope you know that! <3) but I'm just like, *flail* *weak flail* :( My heart is breaking for First Aid, but rather guiltily, since I'm really enjoying what's happening to him. La la la. *whistles*

And YAY! The struture worked, phew! :D I was hoping this would put a more disturbing cast on the crackier bits from before, and I'm so happy it did!

Also, Soundwave never fails to be awesome. First Aid probably wishes he was slightly less good at what he does, though.

Anyway, good, compelling stuff. I will definitely be following Part 2!

Things may well start backfiring on Vortex quite soon. But yeah, poor First Aid. And poor just about everyone else who isn't Vortex or Soundwave too.
