Hahah! Aw poor Bruticus and Scavenger. I once cited Scavenger as a candidate for the most pathetic, lost spark in the series - but he doesn't seem to attract any sympathy XD

Scavanger is so cute! I'd be more sympathetic if I wasn't quite so eager to see the Combaticons getting jellyfish goo all over them :P (and goo-covered Scavenger is extra adorable).

It was while I was writing this that I realised that the lone little Constructicon we've got (which was liberated from my boyfriend's parents' attic a while back) is Scavenger. It was actually really useful to see how his bucket-tail worked, because the Internet was not helpful on that score!

So interesting, the idea of the gestalt form really having very little direct connection to his components, and it must be so confusing, to only have these brief moments of awareness to figure everything out - I just keep wanting to cuddle the big guy :P

I figured there had to be a reason Bruticus isn't very bright, and this just made sense to me while I was writing (I have a feeling that the other combiner teams work so much better than that!).

Also, everything is better with jellyfish. :D

(This fic is responsible for my telling dreams_of_all that clearly BRUTICUS is the cute Combaticon. So if he winds up in a massive epic of gestalt cute with First Aid, Fireflight, Scavenger, Breakdown, and Blot, that'd be why. :D)
