Gosh, this was a very surprising piece. I really liked your concept and how you presented everything. I really am not sure what much to say to this except that it was really good and that maybe my favorite parts were the ones in parentheses, because sometimes in fics parentheses almost seem like they are in the way, but here it was especially enjoyable to read those parts, probably because of the way things were so intelligently put there.

He pretends that when they slide against each other, they fit (that all their sharp angles and rough edges and baggage aren’t between them, pushing them apart. That they complement each other instead of clash).
This part was so great, really stood out for me.

And I really liked your portrayal of Ruki. I am really glad you had swindler to bounce this off of, because it definitely deserved to see the light of the internet :)
