everything works out for the best even if it doesnt seem so at first. and i understand ab being the older varsity kids - its a weird feeling at first but trust me it becomes normal after awhile and the younger ones look up to you which i thought was pretty cool. dont worry, life is amazing no matter how complicated so dont worry and live in the moment - u'll be fine!

hey doug, its ginger

I know that things seem to be out of place. It seems like all you wanted to do was leave, and now all you want to do is stay, especially a place that you have called home for so long. You still have time to think things through. Look at the good things you have in your life right now, even though your friends may have changed. I promise it is only a matter of time before things feel the same again and college will just be a new challenge to face

I hope that everything else is going well and I can't wait to see the show this year!

doug my friend. well well, i think we have reached the point in our lives where college is becoming more and more tangible with each passing day. its terrifying, confusing, painful, basically flat out weird. i know i've said that i'm dreading college, making these decisions, moving away from those that i love, etc. etc. then i think about the fact that our parents, though its really hard to relate to them, for me atleast, have gone through the exact same things. a sad and comforting fact is that my mom only has one good friend from high school left, and theyre not even that close. it's sad in the fact that i don't ever want to grow apart from the incredible people i know now, but comforting knowing that we will meet so many more people and have so many new opportunities awaiting us ( ... )
