I, too, hate the taste --or non-taste-- of water. So I keep a lemon in the fridge, and every morning when I fill up my water bottle, I toss in a wedge of the lemon. Not sure if it'll help you, but it adds just enough flavor for me that I'll actually drink the water instead of staring at the bottle.

I put lime in my water at home. Sometimes I run out at work and just have to wing it. It's getting easier. I find if I take little sips through the day, it's easier to get it all down than trying to drink a glass all at once.

My mom can only drink water ice cold and with a straw. She says it makes her gag any other way. I guess I come by that distaste (pun intended) of water honestly.

Do they sell little things of lime juice in the grocery store? Maybe you could keep one of those in your desk drawer in case of emergencies.
