Hmm. I'm not OCD but I can understand the compulsion to go overboard when trying to keep track of things, obsessing over OMG should I write this down or what?? Don't really have anything helpful to add but is there some way to look at other people's WW logs or something? Maybe a sample they have? Sometimes seeing how other people do it makes it easier for me. And remember, it's okay to not lose as fast as you did the first few weeks. You didn't gain that weight overnight and if you lost it quickly it'd come back much more easily. I should talk, I haven't weighed myself in... months.
