I'm so glad they brought Christian Bale back.

The photos of the Joker that I've seen look great. I'm so extremely happy with the way they are doing the Batman movies now.

Me too. It feels like they're really getting the darker feel without being quite so Burton-esque. I like Burton, but not as much with Batman. And I really agree with you about Bale. Other Batmans have gotten Batman right, but not Bruce Wayne, or Bruce Wayne right but not Batman. I think he nailed them both.
