I could sure use a rest!
...Today has absolutely not been my day.
I lost over half of my Christmas presents for other people due to a large hole in one of my bags caused by me slipping on ice. I also tore my pants. By the time I realised there was a hole in my bag, a bus driver had picked up all of my presents, or so two witnesses told me. ._. Everyone was really kind to me there and one woman even gave me a new bag for my presents. I'm so grateful to all of them. I called the bus company but no one turned anything in yet. ._. I gave them my number, but I haven't gotten any calls since.
Honestly I kind of still feel like crying when I think about it, but I think I've cried enough today. ._. But I lost all of my sister's presents and all of my dad's presents, and one of my mom's, along with other assorted things. I-I don't even know what to say. And it was over $100 worth of presents...I feel so awful. ._.
....I really don't know what to say. I have a headache and I'm kind of disgusted with myself. I don't have the heart to bitch at them either, like someone people have been suggesting...I mean, it's not their fault and it won't magically bring my presents back. ._. And everyone involved has been very kind to me in dealing with it. Jackie's even taking me out tomorrow to go Christmas shopping. Again. ._____.
