I don't know how people can stand it up there. I lived in Pittsburgh for six months a few years ago, and remember asking myself why in the world I was doing it (while chipping thick ice off my windshield). The last straw was hitting a large pothole on the interstate at about 70mph one night.. nothing like changing a tire in dark, icy, windy, wet weather.
