Yup, they're a bit pricey at §9500, but definitely one of the easiest community lot venues I've run.

I had to laugh over the fried townies. Hot springs or tubs are always good for that.

I put on that skyfix as well and got two moons as soon as I checked the sky, haven't seen that in so long I forgot it was broken.

That seemed to go well, I'm interested to see what kind of personality Jenna Ebadi has, isn't that the same last name as the female burglar?

Haha, yes, a hot springs venue makes for a fun and funny business to watch and play!

It's really cool to have to have these wonderful skies now - up until recently, I wasn't aware of what we were missing!

Yep, Ebadi is the last name of one of the burglars, and going by Jenna's behavior, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they were related, and quite possibly twins :P

About this "business", is it possible that customers don't lose stars when they get bath-fried? Or do you just not care about stars and ranking, since you've probably unlocked everything there was to unlock by now lol ?

Now that you mention it, I don't recall any of the lightning strikes causing lost stars, just someone right after opening complaining about some mess I could never figure out.

Generally I don't have to worry about business rank anymore, but I still need Rank 5s to open Dance and Natural Science. I also need 4 more graves in Mesa Vista Cemetery to open Paranormal, and Show Business needs a top Slacker and Entertainer in order to open. Adventure is still locked by my self-imposed requirement to collect all the vacation mementos. [/rule babbling]

I just saw yesterday that shadow fix and your conversation in the comments, it's awesome!
Right now my sims are installed on a computer that can roll with old drivers so I actually have the original shadows, but I was so exited when I saw some solution FINALLY had been found.

I'm gathering some courage to reread all those BaCC rules, and my notes about what I could possibly have intended to do next with my poor families, as my own BaCC hood is the next in the rotation, and there you are, bragging with your countless achievements in the BaCC field :D Just 4 more graves needed, that's so great! Resist the temptation to conveniently delete some pool ladders, lol
