I will always rather read a good challenge than a story made with sim pictures (not talking about Mesa Vista but generally). But I don't see why you can't have both, some families, some updates naturally draw you this or that way, I don't know if this makes much sense, but basically, I think we shouldn't pressure ourselves into writing it a specific way, turning it into a chore sometimes. It is afterall for fun! When I'm inspired to write a bit of dialogue or background, I do it, if I'm not, I don't.
Keep having fun with your cool BaCC whatever you decide :)

I've always enjoyed reading challenge stories from a pure challenge standpoint, since that's where my heart lies in playing the game. Right now I'm much more interested in playing than writing. It's good advice not to box myself into any one way of sharing my BaCC. :)

Bookstore

Hi! I'm loving your build a city challenge and it's great for getting ideas about for my own unpublished one. You've certainly moved faster, but the idea for charging obscene amounts for tickets for the clubs in mine stemmed from you, so I thankyou for that :)

I just wanted to ask where you got those standalone book stand things that you've got on display at the bookstore? Does the customer get a useable book or is it the display, like is it a decoration object? Thanks in advanced.

I hope you continue on with this story, I know how long and mundane this challenge can be at times. Especially in the lots where the families arent as interesting as you hoped. Good luck, by all means.

I know you're way past this, but I love just a good summary with pics of what happened. No story needed. You write wonderfully, but when it comes to Sims, I find what happens in game to be just an entertaining as whatever story the writer decides to play out. Sometimes even more so, because I know it wasn't planned and that adds a bit of interest to it.

Either way, I kind of hope Nikki stays with Zach. I don't think he deserves her, but she's not perfect either. And they work together well. But if they break up, they break up.

Sorry I missed your comment :( But thank you! The drama between Zach and Nikki was totally concocted by me, but most of the time what happens in the game guides my stories :)
