Is there a way to turn your journal on to Private, without going thru each and every entry?...and, without having to delete the journal?

Unfortunately, from what I know, you have to go through and individually mark your entries as "friends only". Then only people who have friended you can read the posts. As you write future entries, you have to mark each as "friends only", also.
