My fav would have to be Krum.

He bowed wordlessly and retreated for the evening as Hermione held her nose in her hand and tried to assess if it was broken or not as she watched Viktor stride away from her, in a well-paced, fast walk that bordered on running.

hehehehe. That was sweet, L. Most romantic, after the booger and belching, that is :)

OH my! Darling, you have done yourself proud! A ONE SHOT! Who'd have thunk it? LOL. This was so darned fun and cute and sweet and hilarious. I KNOW that the belching thing was a experience from your own past! Only you, toots! I loved all the details of the crucifix and church, and Amanda the Hufflepuff and (yummy) shirtless Ron in an act of pandiculation! (Ha!) And Mother Nature. And the bugger. And... I could go on forever!

“Tell me who could have kissed you and not savored every second of it.” This line just epitomized the romance of this story.

Did I mention that I am not only impressed that you wrote a one-shot, but you kept it PG-13! You are ON A ROLL baby!

It just PROVES my point that there doesn't HAVE to be sex for it to be tummy-tinglingly romantic!

HA! Ronnie, leave it to you to get the word PANDICULATION into a comment. BUT, SO DID I! WHEE! I'm SO going to use that somewhere...maybe in YOU. Just wait. Grin.

Anyway, I wanted SO MUCH to surprise you. I'm glad I did it. And, yes, surprise, of surprises, I too can write NON-SMUT if I so choose. Not a cuss word or body part in sight.

Lorett! This was oh so cute! Really. Krum was my favorite as well, the way he handled himself. The most mortifying would have be the burp though -- my God, I can't imagine, lmao!

I also found it a little funny that you mentioned the muggle/Draco religion thing though, since the next chapter of WEMS focuses on that in the beginning. Reading my mind, L, hmm?

But, yes! I liked it. It made me smile, laugh, and swoon a bit. Thanks for writing it! Oh, and you did lovely for your first time with a one-shot.

Religion is coming into your story too? HA! Well, I've had that idea rolling around for a while now, so it's interesting to see it being introduced in more fics. I can't WAIT to see it in yours.

Did it?! I know it was based on first kiss experiences, but I wasn't sure if it was yours, Avas, or you just thought it up. Wow. More love to you, lol.

But yes, it was very cute and enjoyable.

I think religion can easily come into any D/Hr story. Or ANY really. It's a huge part of the muggle world, and it's bound to come up sooner or later. Either in Hermione's beliefs or Draco's curiosity. It wasn't something I really bothered to explore before, so I figured I would give it a whirl. *shrug*

My first one-shot I ended up going on for four chapters, lol. You did do VERY well though, L, so congrats.

So, of course I have already squeed to you. It made me CALL you. *squeals yay*

I died, really. I'm on the floor, dead. My favorite was "the belch". OMG, the belch. Sigh. Poor Hermione. And ol'boy, well, he deserved it for being ungentlemanly. Those guys just have to learn not to take advantage.

I am SO happy that I wrote something that required an ACUTAL call. Hopefully I won't have to bribe you into calling again...You can just do it whenever you like!

Oh, I love one-shots. It's kind of like why I love to write short stories instead of novels. It has to do with expectation and investment and how that impacts the creative process and marketability.

You definitely have the funny/snark thing down. I can't wait to see what you produce next!

No, you don't have to bribe me, silly. I'm just always weird about calling someone for the first time. I'm a spaz. :)
