I’m a big fan of meals that require short preparation. I don’t mind if the cooking itself, on the stove or in the oven, takes long time, as long as the chopping, dicing, melting, squeezing mixing and stirring is minimal.

I'll have to pick that book up, thanks for the suggestion. The last Joanne Harris book I read was _Holy Fools_ and it wasn't my favorite out of what I've read so far. I've been curious about _Runemarks_ too.
