So I stayed up pretty much all night last night to watch the US Election coverage and I have absolutely no regrets. Obama won! My faith in humanity is restored despite the horrific day I had yesterday up until then. I have thoughts on why the US Election is so fascinating to me even though I'm not American and yet I have no interest in Canadian

I watched the election coverage, too, but went to be as soon as they called Ohio and Obama broke 270. At least you didn't have to stay up until they got Florida counted. Makes me relieved I didn't watch in 2000.

Oh that's about when I stopped watching as well, however I'm in the UK right now so that was like 5 am? And I was at a friend's house with other people so that's when we went home. But of course I got there and Romney was about to Concede so I stayed up a bit longer and watched the speeches online (well, I missed most of Obama's 'cause I fell asleep)
