Sorry I'm late in responding this week. It's been a bit nuts around here lately and I was actually out of town last weekend.

Donna is a good person for Viola to have around (and really for all of them to have around) because she's someone who isn't her parent and doesn't look like her parent but is still an adult she can trust. Donna is also a really important buffer for Rose and the Doctor particularly after all that they've been through recently.

The Doctor was off tinkering with something or other to help him work through the emotional stress of his fight with Rose.

Yes Rose and Viola do need to mourn, it's true. They never did get the chance, did they.

Wow what an emotional chapt. I loved Viola's thoughts on Donna, especially how she flet closer to her than the Doctor due to the meta crisis. I think it really go to me when Donna talked to Rose. I may have teared up a tad. It was such a wonderful moment. Have a nice holiday!

It is emotional isn't it? I'm glad you enjoyed Donna's interactions in this chapter. That scene between Rose and Donna is actually one of my favourites from this story. I really enjoyed writing their interactions. I feel like they have the ability to become great BFF's

Isn't she amazing? I adore Donna and I think her ability to care for others like this is just so incredible!

Yes it's true, now that things have calmed down it is time for them to mourn and move on.

I love how this chapter is really about how unbelievably CENTRAL Donna has become to all of their lives.

It really is about that, isn't it? She is SO central to their lives now and I really think that all three of them actually need her to be there right now if they're ever going to move forward. She's kind of the glue that holds them together at the moment which I think is really rather wonderful!

That okay! As you can see I'm late in doing all of my replies this week. It's tricky to keep up when I'm on vacation/busy.

Once again i am impressed with your visualizations and how well all the emotions shine through, i can honestly feel them. It is wonderful to have all the characters back and safe.

Viola, the Doctor, and Rose all have some issues to work through, it's true, but it will happen in time.

Yes things are falling into place, aren't they? I hope you like where things go from here. They aren't quite ready to settle into happiness but it will come. For now Donna will be traveling with them, as for the future, well, you'll just have to wait and see. There are some more sequels and short stories to come... :)
