I made Tempura for Pohki and I tonight. Shrimp, Zucchini, Yams, and Mushrooms. For dessert we had tempura fried Bananas. And Marshmallows. Yes, Marshmallows. I have successfully deep fried Marshmallows. Yum they are.

A deep fried marshmallow would be divine. I wonder if you could do that with the coconut coated marshmallows...

I don't see why not, just do a coconut batter. I've added shredded coconut to batter before, in that case it was for shrimp, and it worked fine.
