Due to unavoidable circumstances, I will not be returning to the Orchid Palace in the course of this week. This has nothing to do with this person wishing to control his actions as a parent, my Lord. He was not acting in his right mind and you, as his liege, were not even resisting. Is there something you may, perhaps, have been keeping from even your wedded partner in order for her to enforce her wish of killing you?

There are many beasts that roam the woods around the castle, though they do not leave the direct vicinity. I do so hope this is not what you are referring to. They are quite well mannered unless harrassed.

No, those we know of, sir. However, this one has been located as having entered the vicinity of the city and has already attacked someone within it, and runs the risk of hurting more.
