I'm looking for the all-time list of, "Boy you spent all that time learning.... that?"

Here's the list I've come up with so far.

Phase one is my list. If I've missed something please comment.

Also.. some things are not quite as impressive as others. So if something should be dropped... tell me.
the list... )

What about learning the whole preamble to the Constitution thru SchoolHouse rock?

I thought about something from Schoolhouse Rock.. But they were designed to be memorized to help people learn. So it was common for an entire class to know these things. I know that in my grade school class we were ALL humming the Constitution music during a test.

I was going for those really long, complex lyrics, why the hell would you bother... kind of selections.

I remember the change was the removal of a line from Man of La Mancha.. But I'm not sure what the "C&D" is that you're referring to.

I thought the 2000 edit was an urban legend and he never actually added another verse.

As for my knowing it. Iwas working Q-102 when that came out. I know if far tooooo well.

But a good call. Adding it to my list above.

I was up the year and heard the edit. There was another verse. It is not urban myth. However, I've never been able to find another copy of it since. It was really well done and I wish I could find it again or I wish he'd release it again.
