Waste of time. I'll bet something near and dear to me that they're using one of the companies in India who are specifically designed to keep the customer from ever actually receiving support and just giving up. (See: Paypal, RealArcade, etc.) It's cheaper for them to pay these cats 50 cents an hour to blow you off than it is to actually train people to support their customers. Customers come a dime a dozen, support reps cost money.
Pathetic, sickening, and outrageous, but too very true.
And they have no fear of being trumped by someone else, because everyone else does the same nonsense.
