I have it. All of my friends have it. It appears that it is communicable, like the common cold.
Last night I was up until 5:18am. Tonight appears to be about the same.
I have tried warm milk, cold turkey breast, and sleeping pills. Nothing has made a dent.
Maybe I will sit in the backyard and stare up at the stars. That might make me relax.

Try stretching and meditative, controlled breathing ala Yoga.

2 beers also work real well for anxiety attacks.
I consider beer to be a health food.
Some kind of structured lifestyle helps also.
