Jadefang is the easiest I think. If you pick up the Deepholme daily and then hang onto it, she's usually up on days when the daily isn't up, and people can't get to her. So you can just boom yourself over there if you have the bomb in inventory.
My main is on Shadowsong, with alts over on Steamwheedle Cartel, and a couple on Wyrmrest Accord. All US servers. :)
NPCscan is a godsend. lol. I usually run Silverdragon too, since it catches pretty much all the named guys, so I can smack them and grab their greens for my Enchanter to DE.
Yeah, I used to mostly be on Scarlet Crusade, but the wifey moved, so I went over to Shadowsong and switched to largely Horde-side with her. I still had a few Allies over on Scarlet though, so when the free server transfers came up, I moved them to Steamwheedle. I haven't done anything with them much yet, though. If I ever move my main again though, I'll probably go back to Ally. Largely because Garrosh makes me want to bash his head in. *misses Thrall and Cairne*
Thanks for the rec! And also, good luck with the rare pets. My main was a NE huntress, and I was similarly determined to collect all the rare pets I could get, so I totally understand why the pixels are worth it.
