I haven't seen the latest episode yet (I don't have a TV so I watch it on the CW site). I've always seen Tyler as being interested in Jeremy, but I don't see Jeremy being interested back, and he's probably still mad about Vicki anyway.

I can see that. I'm kind of shameless about the show though, and I ship EVERYONE and see where people can find subtext in EVERYTHING, so I'm just all gleefully HEE about it whenever I spot it. It is more on Tyler's side than Jeremy's so far I think though, yus.

I did kind of get a bunny about The Middleman and Lacey going to Mystic Falls for a romantic get-away ("Children of the Night, Lacey! I'm going to give Ida a severe in-service training about what constitutes an acceptable prank! Not to mention the First Law of Robotics!"

"I can borrow Dubby's blowtorch?" Lacey suggested.) and once they get the peasants with torches to stand down, they give Tyler and Jeremy relationship advice.

. . . I would read that in a hot minute. Man, we must have a million fandoms in common, I think everything you mention I like.

Also I have the Mason/Damon you wrote marked in my "to-read" file, but haven't gotten to it yet. BUT the fact that you wrote it makes me happy.
