I actually learned (in the last couple months) that when you start to open up more, there are more people to talk to. Statistics show about 1 in 10 are on our side (but I have a feeling on our floor we go beyond the 10% mark!) Not that I've had a lot of people to discuss this with, but I did come across a few... however, none of which I speak with regularly :-(
