[he sees the feed playing, but does nothing about it at first. not even when Lavi leaves the screen of the PDA- he sticks his head out the window to watch the other go, everything else that happens along the way.

it's only when Lavi crosses the bridge that Kanda gets up. hair pulled up into a bun, he leaves the sword behind again as he, too, makes his way towards town. he hasn't visited yet, so now's a good a time as any. not like there's anything interesting to look at in the apartment anyway.

maybe he'll manage to catch up with Lavi, if not cross his path at some point while wandering around.]
