Good evening, folks. This is Superman of the Justice League speaking. You've probably heard from Wonder Woman already, and most likely not heard from Batman. And if I'm wrong on that last score, I'm very sorry. [He gives his best disarming smile. Just teasing, Bruce! At any rate, the reason I'm making this is actually because I have a message ( Read more... )

Thank you, Sir. I almost made the same mistake a few days ago, but a friend caught me and hopefully I was able to fix my mistake quick enough. Do you have an estimate of how many threats have arrived this cycle?

No problem Miss. We're still working on an exact number, but I'd say somewhere along the lines of two or three, possibly more, at least in terms of serious danger. Could be worse, but on the other hand from what we've heard, these are some pretty nasty threats.

You're the one who posted the warning about Pride, right?

I see. Will we eventually be informed of the threats in a compiled list? I think I've missed some of the newer ones.

Yes, that was me.

That's coming soon. I'm still comparing notes with Batman and Wonder Woman, and we'll probably check in with the other defense groups too, but we'll definitely try to get a list available ASAP.

We very much appreciate the warning, miss. You might have saved lives with that.

Well, not all of us. Just me, Wonder Woman, and Batman right now.

[/GLEE.]

Could I, uh, get your autograph some time? You're my hero! [and your nemesis was once my role model.]

[He chuckles a little.]

Well, it wouldn't be the first time. Sure you could, son, next time we meet up. What's your name, by the way? [Luthor? Braniac? Darkseid? Oh, I know, you're talking about Bizarro, right?]

So you're a "hero of justice?"

Suppose you could call us that. Most people stick with "The League".

The League... huh. So you're here to help people?

That's the idea. Of course, we're not the only group doing that here.

I'm afraid I'm still learning how to make these filters. But I'll certainly practice with this - you're right, it's better if we keep delicate information out of dangerous hands.

It can take a while to get the hang of it, even if you've worked with this sort of thing before. I still take quite a bit of time to work up something even close to this intricate. But there are quite a few people who are amazingly good at this. I get pointers from some of them when I'm having trouble.

In my case, I usually go to Batman if I can't figure something out on my own. As for others, I've heard good things about an Albert Silverberg, though I haven't spoken to the man myself. And then there's the one who wrote the new feather guide, miss Raine Sage.
