She calmed enough to dress carefully, again leaving her hair loose while she chose a lacy black strapless dress with shoes and clutch to match.
She was just finishing her makeup when the knock at the door came. Cursing quietly, she swiftly grabbed her jewelry and managed to slip in on as she dashed towards the door.
Opening it just as she was fastening her last earring, she smiled as Aaron's face came into view. "Hi! Sorry, just...gah. Got it." she sighed, finishing with her earring and settling her hair into place. "There we go...let's try this again, less flustered. Hello, Aaron. Right on time, I see."

Colour rushed to his cheeks as he smiled widely at her, "Always on time. Can't help but be punctual." He held out the fresh lilies, "For you." He leaned in to give her a kiss, "You look beautiful."

"Oh my...these are so lovely, thank you!" she breathed, accepting the kiss...then in a gesture that was quickly becoming a habit, caught him with a hand on his shoulder and stole a second, more thorough kiss.
"You're a darling." she murmured as she pulled away, gesturing for him to follow her into her comfortably spacious two room suite.
"Come on in, I want to put these in some water before we go." she explained, striding briskly over to the kitchenette that shared the main room's space with a small hallway and set of doors leading to her bathroom and bedroom respectively.

He waited politely as she set up the flowers, his nervousness settling to the pit of his stomach.
