Lovely to see the Chosen Men waving you off! And Sharpie being fierce (icon) says 'you be a good girl and ENJOY yourself' so do we wish you too! I fear I shall have to remain here - far far from Paree - but if you want to see the most lovely of cities, ride on the open-topped (if its fine!?) tourist buses! They have earphones in many languages - you can get off, visit the place of interest, return to bus stop, and continue to the next place you want to see ....ALL DAY - the buses are frequent, and cost about 15/20 Eurose if I remember rightly! Its a lovely way to see the architecture, the parks, the roofs !!! the Champs Elysee, with all the expensive logos, Hermes, LVMH etc! Do Do the Arche de Triomphe, From there, Paris looks as if it cut into cake-slices, and many of the top stories of the apartments have huge gardens!!! Its a beautiful city, and taking the bus allows you to rest your feet as well!!! Have a LOVELY stay/visit, and let us know how it all went on your return !!!!Much much love - LL;
Thank you very much for your advices! I'm not sure about the plan in Paris for I'll travel with my Scottish friends but visiting Arche de Triomphe sounds nice!! On the evening we'll arrive at Paris we are going to join some party which will be held in the "Ecole Militaire"... sounds somewhat "Sharpe"??
I think you will enjoy the Ecole Militaire - French soldiers are usually gorgeous, so SMART, and absolutely charming! You'll fall in love!!! Enjoy it all, its a most beautiful city! Tell us all when you get back home - in instalments as it seems you are covering a lot of ground! Hugs and best wishes!
Perfect! This is what you deserve! Enjoy your trip and if possible, bring some pictures for us here, please. And - the picture is cute as always, thank you!!! Good bye!!!!
Thanks! It's not easy to switch my mind from the serious problems here, but this trip is what I have been looking forward to for about 6 months so I decided to go. I'm sure it will be a great change, expect I'll feel relaxed there (^^)/
Your situation sounds very familiar to me...*Hugs* And I also took a chance and left at least for two days for England to be with my dear friend. Now I am sure that withou these two days I would not bear my situation or very poorly. Go, dear.
