Woo hoo, my 23rd consecutive sucks to be single day as a singleton!

Some facts:

Spirit Tracks is made of fluff, puppy tails and almost illegal amounts of sugar and I LOVE it.
Hokkaido is freaking COLD, and kotatsu are amazing.
It IS true that Japanese middle school girls are ALL obsessed with shounen ai. Except they call it Boy's Love out here. Huh.

Juuuuuuuuulie!

Life is going very well, I'm trying to get myself back into the habit of writing about it more. Japan is easily one of the most awesome places EVER.

Natto is... well, the only word I can find for it is 'meh.' It stinks to high heaven, but it's edible. It's not exactly my favourite thing, but it's definitely worth eating just for the expressions of utter disbelief on the faces of my colleagues and students that a gaijin is eating natto of all things.

Luce! OMG it's so good to hear from you! I totally miss talking with you practically every day about random muses and Zeldathings. You *HAVE* to come back!!!

I wasn't that impressed by Spirit Tracks although I did enjoy it in general. :)

Guess who's back, back again? Luce is back, tell a friend~

Honestly, I squeed more through Spirit Tracks than I ever remember squeeing through any other game. The pandering to my shipping interests was definitely, DEFINITELY appreciated. OH MY GOD THERE WAS HUGGING AND HAND HOLDING AND SQEEEEEEEEEEE! And any mention of Tetra earns a HUGE thumbs up in my book.
