Hi! Um, I'm not actually in the game. I've just fallen into the habit of reading LJ RP that feature my fave characters, especially since there's way less fics for One Piece particularly than there used to be. I'm a major Usopp fan, and I just wanted to say that your Usopp has come to be one of my definite favourites! I think it's lovely and very impressive how Sniper is still so Usopp despite lacking so many of the memories that's shaped him. I can't imagine a better way to play him within the Edensphere set-up.
I was saddened to hear that Edensphere will be closing down. May I ask if you have any plans to go on playing Usopp somewhere else? (Sorry if this sounds stalkerish, but just as I like following good fic writers, I think good RP muns are well worth following. But if you don't agree, you don't have to tell me, of course!)
Er. One question. I keep seeing references to some stuff with a dragon... back in February? But I've been unable to find any Usopp-related threads regarding that.
Thank you very much! I'm really happy to hear that, especially considering how tricky characterization can be in a memory-loss setting. :) I'm especially flattered because I have read and greatly enjoyed a lot of your fics. I'm oxymoronic3 on my personal journal, so it's very possible you've seen me comment once or twice before.
I agree completely as I like stalking RP journals too. XD I definitely want to continue playing Usopp after I leave Edensphere, although I'm not certain where quite yet. I'll be hanging onto this journal, though.
Oh, yes. Due to personal preference, the creator of the dragon-log locked it. The basis of the log was that Usopp and two other characters (Hawk & Huo) banded together to take down a dragontwin during the Evil Twins event with fireworks. Which actually sounds very funny taken out of context XD
