We have a really nice one called "Taco Bill" (no, not taco BELL which I know you have in the US) and they sell the best mexican in town, expensive though...but worth it.

Diner fare is awesome, but it's not really ethnic food as much as post-drinking and comfort food. I love it... but not as much as the aforementioned two :)

It is, but there's plenty of non-diner fare that counts too. Like sweet tea, fried chicken, etc.
