This is really pretty, especially the storm and tower and fairytale imagery. You're always so good with tone.

That was really beautifully written, and you got River's character down perfectly. Well-done! :D

So beautiful! This is a really good summary of River's character and the ship and all the things between! <3

But that part of it will never go down in the history books in the way his death will. It will never be anybody’s myth, anybody’s folklore. This! By which I mean - this is fascinating and interesting and deep and I love it.

Thank you so much!

I love the idea that the bubble universe created when River broke the fixed point is the secret story that no one will ever know apart from 11 and the 3 Ponds, while his death, which is a fiction, is accepted as true.

It's the best thing, isn't it? Like, all the ~important stuff are secrets.

This was beautiful, and felt very true to River's character. Really nice work.

Oh, honey...brilliant as always. The imagery you spin leaves one joyful, yet fettered. She is free within herself even as she is not truly free. She has discovered who she is and realised it all came down to one moment: lifetimes without (cold, dark and alone) versus one lifetime with the joy and madness that goes with it. Just beautiful.

*hugs you hard*

Aw thank you so much darling. Yup it all came down to what she chose to do in Berlin, at that pivotal moment. I really believe he whispered "tell River Song i love her" to her. Because it's love that overcomes death. *sniffles*
