I just got back from seeing Ryan Adams at the Somerville Theater. I wish every show was there. Not just because the sound is great and there's almost not a bad seat in the house, though those are both true. But because - and here's where I feel like such an old lady - everybody sits through most of the shows, and then I can walk home in less

I bought the June issue of Paste magazine, and the CD that comes with it had a new track of his called Everybody Knows. God I love this song. Do you have the new CD? Is it worth a purchase? I love his faux-country music, not the harder stuff :-)

You know I just bought it last night, so I haven't even listened all the way through yet. But all the new stuff he played last night was just fantastic.

I'll try to remember to let you know what I think once I've listened.

i am so jealous of both bits of this post. 1) i'd love to see ryan adams on this tour and 2) i wish the family junction drunk dialed me.
