You can save your bookmark by the way copy it from :

C:\ Documents and Settings\ your username \ Application Data \ Mozilla \ Firefox \ Profiles -> bookmark file.

copy and paste it anywhere you want. when you re-install the new firefox, copy and paste that bookmark, replace the new bookmark file. ^^
