National Poetry Month, yay!

I was supposed to post the first one yesterday, but I went to a relative's wedding with my father (oho, the irony!), and was exhausted when I came back, so. Also, I'm thinking it's much better to post it in batches like this, so as not to clog your flist, ahaha.

I'm not usually one for poetry, but these were great reads. I especially liked the Triumph of Achilles and the line about not being able to trust the legends. I've always thought it fascinating how subjective history has to be by its nature, and love the way it's been applied to their relationship here.

Also: Achilles and Patroclus were cousins, totally cousins ;D.
