I absolutely love yankee candles! I need to go and pick out new fall scents. The vanilla bourbon one sounds heavenly.

I don't have room for a desk or working space in my apartment because my school gave me a bunch of furniture that I'm not allowed to give away or throw out. >.<; I keep my desk at my job very tidy and organised, though. I can always tell when a co-worker has been going through my books/files because they never put anything back in its proper place!

My desk faces the windows to the north. On the upper shelf there are a few pieces of blue glassware, a "Dig For Victory" tin mug, and a blue mesh bag that holds my headphones when I'm not wearing them. The lower shelf has my laptop and whatever mug of tea I'm drinking out of that day.

Candles are out, as I have cats with barely enough brain cells to hold their ears apart; I use essential oils in a diffuser instead, and have several "autumn-ish" blends.

Just seeing those photos calms me immensely! My flat is so, so messy, which is mostly due to the fact I don't have enough storage space, and I'm also lazy. But this makes me long for my cleaner days so much!
