What exotic locations you take Adrian to on his birthdays!!! I know little about Croatia. How did you come to select this town and country for the celebration? The one photo from the tower depicting the density of the colorful buildings should be a post card for Rovinj to sell!

Well we had been to Croatia before, although further south and we said that we would go back to visit Istria.
Plus as Istria was ruled by Venice for centuries, and Adrian adores Venice I thought it would be ideal for his birthday.
Rovinj feels indeed rather Venetian, especially at night time.
