Oh, I don't know. It seems that when it comes to these issues, one court rules in favour and another against.

Just look at this case

The defence lawyer successfully used 'freedom of expression'.

The xian ads look like the gay ads because the ex-gays look so much like ... gays.

It's not really a cure as much as it is a fetish club for ppl who get off on extreme self-hatred.

It is like an alternate universe in the UK, where we see the Consvative party having more gay MPs than the other parties put together, and where their leadership is, by and large, pretty gay-friendly.

SO different here....

A "cure" for gays - BAH!

I grew up in a VERY religious neighborhood, and was told that I was a "Queer" and a "Faggot" and
I was pre-doomed to go to hell from the time I was 7!

I believed it for years - until I was in my early 20's!

I feel sorry for all the young gays & lesbians
who grow up believing that garbage, too.

I'm sorry to hear about that - it's obscene that people who call themselves Christian inflict all this pain on others.

I know that if I had seen an advert like the one run by Stonewall when I was a teenager, it would have made accepting myself a bit easier.

The debate was great. And I'm going to post about it later.
