Sun and acupuncture

Come Friday morning and I always have a spring in my step.

This morning on the way to work I sat for 5 minutes in Trafalgar Sq. enjoying the sun on my face (although my buns felt rather cold on the stone bench!)

I was thinking how I often rush around town, not really observing the way too familiar surroundings. There's so much to see if you lift

I'm gathering that the nails aren't actually part of the art, but to keep the pigeons off?

Shame they couldn't come up with a better solution - like some sort of pigeon-annoying frequency generator!

But a lovely park, nonetheless! :-)

Yes they are for the pigeons... like you said, it's a shame as they ruin those Art Deco sculptures!
