The week-end

Saturday was a day of pottering in the garden (mainly Adrian: he repainted the wooden window boxes, and then put in lavenders and trailing fuchsias) and running errands and taking pictures of tulips (moi).
In Homebase I bumped into Lynne and her mother, and so they came round for a cuppa and a chat in the afternoon.

Oh, the vomiting ladies is a part of England I never met. For instance, my neighbours in Horsham were like that. All my attempts to say "Good morning" were avoided. And they knew we were a bunch of workers from other country not making any mess. Oh well...

In other countries you always say good morning to your neighbours! It was so unpolite to me!
