Dear Mr. Bush,
While I recognize it is difficult for you to stop embarrassing me and my country entirely, I would appreciate it if while acting as President of said country, you made some effort to correctly display our flag in a public setting. As it is, it looks as though you are only attempting to display it to yourself, and I have heard a rumor that there were people other than you at that event.
(I checked the flag code, but was unable to find any guidelines for "holding up the flag to some people" other than possibly "displaying on a wall," which he is in [non-criminal] violation of.)
